Coffee Rocket Ice Pops

makes approximately 10 popsicles

12 ounces strong brewed coffee, room temperature
12 ounces heavy cream
2 tablespoon granulated sugar (to taste)

Combine ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour mixture into popsicle molds.  Cover with lid or aluminum foil and add sticks.  Freeze for 4-24 hours.
