Chocolate Peppermint Truffle Dessert Dip

makes 2 cups

8 ounces milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup International Delight Chocolate Peppermint Truffle Creamer
2 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup marshmallow fluff
optional garnish: candy cane pieces

In a medium bowl combine chocolate chips and creamer.  Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until mixture is smooth.  Set aside.

Add marshmallow fluff and cream cheese, beat with electric mixer on low until smooth.  Increase speed as mixture comes together.  Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour or until ready to serve.  Whip with electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Top with candy cane pieces and serve with fruit and/or cookies. Serve and enjoy!
