Strawberry Lime Yogurt Popsicles

makes 10 popsicles

1 cup strawberries, cut in half
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup plain yogurt
juice of 1 lime (about ¼ cup)

In a large bowl, drizzle honey over strawberries.  Let the hang out on the counter for a few minutes until they start to get juicy.  Transfer them to a blender and puree.

Pour back into bowl, add yogurt and lime juice.  Mix to combine.

Pour into popsicle molds.  Cover with lid or aluminum foil.  Add sticks.  Freexe 4-24 hours until firm.  Remove from molds, serve and enjoy.

We like to store our popsicles in resealable sandwich bags.  Then we place them into a gallon size resealable bag.   They keep longer and stay fresher.
