Just North of the Border Salsa

2 medium Roma tomatoes, rough chopped
1 14.5 ounce cans diced tomatoes
1 jalapeno, rough chopped
1 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 tablespoon cumin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 large sweet onion, rough chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.  Pulse until blended for a most fine consistency run blender until pureed.  Serve immediately or serve chilled
