Rosemary Roasted Chicken

4 (4-ounce) trimmed boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Preheat the oven to 350°.

In a small bowl combine garlic powder, rosemary, sea salt and black pepper.  Set aside.

In a medium bowl, toss the chicken breast with the olive oil and your seasoning mixture.   

Place a medium ovenproof nonstick skillet over high heat.  When it's hot, add the chicken and sear 1 to 2 minutes per side or until the chicken is golden brown on the outside.  Transfer the pan to the oven and bake the chicken until it is no longer pink inside.  Approximately 4 to 6 minutes.
