Vitamin C Ice Pops


MAKES 12 Ice Pops  |  ACTIVE TIME 10 Min  |  TOTAL TIME 24 Hours 10 Min

5 medium kiwi (peeled)
4 cups strawberries
1 cup orange juice (fresh or refrigerated)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1 medium lemon)

Equipment needed:
Popsicle mold
blender
popsicle sticks

Slice 3  kiwi, reserve 12 slices. Wash fruit. Add strawberries, juices and remaining kiwi to blender. Puree until smooth.

Slide a kiwi slice into your popsicle mold (I lightly press it to the side), fill with strawberry mixture and add a popsicle stick. Freeze for 4-24 hours.  I leave mine in for 24 hours.
