4 Cobblestone Corn Dusted Kaiser Rolls
12 ounces shredded chicken
1 cup buffalo wing sauce
2 tablespoons good honey
1 tablespoon butter
(optional) blue cheese or ranch dressing
Combine chicken, wing sauce, honey and butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile separate buns and place them on a cookie sheet cut side up. Turn oven to broil (high) and toast buns until golden brown (about 2-4 minutes). Do not walk away or you may end up with crispy buns.
Pile each toasted bun with buffalo shredded chicken and serve with dressing (if you choose).
COOK'S NOTES: We have made this with left over shredded chicken. Rotisserie chicken shredded would be perfect and canned would also work.
