Caramel Macchiato Milkshake
2 cups coffee ice cream
1 cup International Delight Caramel Macchiato creamer
½ cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
Pour heavy cream into a medium bowl. Whip with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip until stiff peaks form (when you turn off the mixer and pull it out of the cream, the whipped cream stands up on the beater). Set aside.
In a blender combine ice cream and creamer. Blend until combined.
Divide milkshake into 4 glasses. Top with whipped cream. Drizzle caramel over top.
Serve and enjoy!
