makes 12 Chocolate Covered Banana Treats
12 popsicle sticks
1 recipe Homemade Magic Shell (we made half milk chocolate, half white chocolate)
toppings of choice (sprinkled, chopped nuts, coconut, mini M&M's, mini chocolate chips, crushed candies)
Slice bananas in half. Slide popsicle stick inside banana about 1/2 way, being careful not to puncture the side of the banana. If you do, just slide it out a little and try again. (Once its dipped, you will never notice). Place on a cookie sheet and freeze for 4 hours or longer.
Pour magic shell into a tall thin glass, such as a mason jar. Prepare toppings, pour each topping onto a shallow plate larger than your banana. Remove frozen bananas from freezer.
One at a time, dip banana in magic shell and immediately toss in desired topping. Transfer back to cookie sheet and repeat until all bananas are decorated.
Return treats to the freezer until you are ready to serve.
Serve and enjoy!
