Vanilla Bean Whipped Honey Butter


1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste (or seeds from 2 vanilla beans)
pinch salt

Combine ingredients in a medium bowl.  Whip using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Transfer to a serving dish.  Enjoy!  Cover and refrigerate unused butter.
