Virgin Piña Colada Ice Pops - Munchkin Pineapple Coconut Pops

makes 16 - 3 ounces ice pops
1 ½ lbs pineapple (about 1 whole pineapple) cut into chunks
6 ounces pineapple juice
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup whole milk
1 cup coconut cream

Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth.  Pour into ice-pop molds.  Freeze 6-24 hours.  Serve and enjoy!
