1/2 (6 inch) pita circle
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
3 thin tomato slices
1 thin red onion slice
4 ounces thinly sliced or shaved Simple Grilled London Broil
Spread horsey sauce on inside of pita half. Add sprouts, tomato and onion. Evenly layer the roast beef. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
